Defining the Standards of a Roofing Contractor:
Serving our customers has always been our top priority. Keeping our roofing crews safe is paramount. Giving back to the community is our responsibility. Being the best commercial roofing contractor in North America continues to be our goal.Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) provides a uniquely different approach to roofing. The system is lightweight, non-toxic, durable and weather-resistant. Since roof tear-off is not always necessary, SPF reduces costs, noise and inconvenience during installation and allows for contours to create slope and drainage.
The first layer of spray-applied polyurethane foam provides a seamless, monolithic waterproof barrier with continuous flashings. SPF adheres to most vertical and horizontal substrates. The second layer is a fluid-applied protective coating (silicone, urethane, acrylic or polyurea).
Keeps moisture out
May reduce heating and cooling costs
May improve indoor air quality by reducing infiltration of air pollutants
Reduces maintenance costs
Adds insulation in hot or cold climates
Eliminates ponding water and flashing leaks
Reduces building movement and thermal shock since insulation is on outside
Provides fire resistance with a Class A fire rating from UL, Inc.(Underwriters Laboratory, Inc.) on various substrates
Reduces installation costs due to ease of application
Effective in cold climates (snow, ice and hail), tropical climates (rain and high humidity), subtropical and desert climates (low humidity, intense solar radiation)
Cold storage tanks, freezers, containers
Wine storage tanks
Chemical processing tanks
Oil tanks (on the outside)
Outdoor decks
Vertical and horizontal walls
