Since its launch in 2006, MyCentiMark has served as an online customer portal where users could access vital data about roof and floor conditions, proposals and a comprehensive history of work performed by CentiMark.
However, as technology evolves and our customer’s needs grow, so must our tools. That’s why we’re excited to announce the next step in our digital transformation journey: the CentiMark Digital Customer Experience or CMDCX.
CMDCX is designed with you in mind, providing a more modern, user-friendly experience. It offers the same core functionalities you’ve relied on with MyCentiMark, but with improved efficiency, deeper insights and advanced capabilities tailored to meet the demands of today’s business environment.
With this transition, we are officially announcing that the MyCentiMark application will be retired in January 2025. While we bid farewell to this legacy tool, we are confident that CMDCX will offer a superior experience that will empower you to manage your roofing and flooring assets more effectively than ever before.
